Customer Appreciation Day Scheduled for September 4

Coosa Valley Propane invites customers to enjoy an afternoon of food, prizes, and helpful propane safety tips during its annual Customer Appreciation Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, September 4, at the CVP headquarters located at 69680 Alabama Highway 77, Talladega.
The free event is CVP’s way of thanking customers for their continued trust and support.CVP customers can enjoy complimentary hot dogs, chips, and drinks while supplies last. They can also register for a variety of prize drawings throughout the day.
2 lucky customers will receive a $50 bill credit, and another winner will receive a gift certificate for a 20-pound propane cylinder refill. Additional giveaways include BayouClassic cookware, featuring a cast iron camp Dutch oven, a 3-piece cast iron skillet set, and a six-piece griddle tool set. Guests can also pick up bags containing CVP logo items while supplies last.
In addition to food and prizes, customers can learn valuable tips for preparing their propane appliances for cooler weather. Clark Morris, a long-time CVP technician, will present free demonstrations at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. showing attendees how to properly clean gas logs and safely ignite the pilot light before using them this winter.
“Customer Appreciation Day is 1 of our favorite traditions because it gives us the opportunity to personally thank the people who choose Coosa Valley Propane year after year,” said Chris Hopkins, operations manager. “We enjoy seeing those who have been customers for decades as well as those who just signed up. We want our customers to enjoy lunch with us, learn something new from Clark’s demonstrations, and have a chance to take home some great prizes.”
